Dual SSD Drive in Rugged User Accessible Carrier – Raid 0,1 Option
- Custom-engineered, rugged drive cartridge provides protection from multi-directional shock and random or constant vibration environments
- User removable cartridge with easy to use dual finger latch mechanism
- Rugged cartridge houses single or dual SSD drives
- Leveraging the Intel QM57 Express chipset with on-board RAID controller, Matrix Storage Manager software and optional dual SSD drives a RAID (0,1) configuration can be established
- RAID 0,1 configuration provides enhanced performance, data redundancy and fault tolerance benefits (RAID 1)

Dynamic, Dual-Mode Technology in Digitizer Stack
- Rugged, dual capability digitizer stack
- Supports both finger (gloved or native) inputs and active pen (no batteries) inputs dynamically without user intervention

- Automatic Light Sensor (ALS) and Hi/Lo night vision capabilities
- Configurable and adaptable to virtually any use case

Integrated, Sealed Biometrics Touchpad
- Finger-swipe finger print reader integrated on front side of iX104C5
- Provides power on and pre-boot authentication (PBA) via finger print reader or password with simplified sign-on
- Can be used for X + Y mouse-like navigation - auto corrects for orientation (landscape or portrait) - for expanded input requirements
- Sealed and ingress protected (IP 67, 10-Cell Battery) for durability and functionality in less than ideal circumstances

Rugged, High Performance, GPS Module Options
- High performance module, anchors to iX104C5 and connects via rugged pin and pad connector
- Meets same environmental standards as iX104C5 when installed (IP65 on ingress protection as stand-alone device)
- Low profile design
- Uses NEMA protocol
- Receives WAAS and EGNOS correction signals
